If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Any return must be preauthorized by Mooneyes.
Any packages that comes back without an authorization will delay the process.
Return must be within 30 days of the invoice date. No exceptions.
No return will be accepted after 30 days of invoice date.
All returns may be subject to 15% restock charge.
Return postage must be paid by customer.
Refusal of package will incur return postage back to Mooneyes and customer will have to pay this.
